Our Recore DPF Process
01. Pick up (or drop off)
Swing by our shop in Bolingbrook, IL, with your DPF or DOC, or let us come to you—we offer free pickup within a 30-mile radius.
02. Remove the old core
We'll remove the old core and sand blast the empty can making sure it's ready for your RECORE!! Plus, we will check if all threads in bungs are good to go.
03. Install the new core
After the gasket's sandblasted, it's all set for the new core. We use a Recore Machine to get that new core in place. After your OE can is sandblasted its all set for your new RECORE!! We use our PATENTED Recore Machine to INSTALL the new Recore in place.
04. Reassemble
After we put in the new core, we weld everything together and add our tags. You’ll also get a 3-year, unlimited-mile warranty included.
